4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, local storage, pixels, scripts, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, measure performance, support security features, and (where used) deliver or measure ads.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking or deleting cookies may affect site functionality. Some features—especially analytics, advertising, or bot protection—may not work fully if related technologies are disabled.
5. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics may collect information such as pages visited, approximate location, device/browser details, and interactions with the site, using cookies or similar identifiers.
Google processes this data on our behalf (and, depending on configuration and your region, may also process data under Google’s own terms). For more information, see:
- Google Privacy Policy
- How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services
- Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
6. Google AdSense
Where our website displays Google AdSense ads, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads, including ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. This may involve personalized advertising where permitted by applicable law and your preferences.
You can manage ad personalization through Google Ad Settings and learn more at Google’s advertising technologies page. Industry opt-out tools may also be available, such as the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out.
7. Cloudflare (Including Invisible Turnstile)
Our website uses Cloudflare, Inc. (“Cloudflare”) for security, performance, and content delivery. Traffic to our site may be processed through Cloudflare’s network. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses, request metadata, and security logs to deliver the site securely and efficiently, mitigate malicious traffic, and improve reliability.
Cloudflare Turnstile (invisible bot protection)
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect forms, chat, and other interactive features from spam and automated abuse. On our site, Turnstile is configured to run in an invisible (or non-interactive) mode where possible, meaning most legitimate visitors complete verification in the background without solving a puzzle or checking a box.
When Turnstile runs, your browser loads scripts from Cloudflare (including challenges.cloudflare.com) and Cloudflare processes technical “signals” used solely to distinguish humans from bots. According to Cloudflare, these signals may include information such as:
- Client IP address
- TLS fingerprint
- User-Agent / browser characteristics
- Site key and associated origin (the website where Turnstile is embedded)
- Other client-side technical signals used for bot detection
We use Turnstile for security and spam prevention only—not for advertising, marketing profiles, or selling personal data. Cloudflare states that it does not have the ability to directly identify individuals from Turnstile signals (including IP addresses) for that purpose, and that signals are processed to detect and block bots and to improve Turnstile’s bot-detection capabilities.
Turnstile may use cookies or similar technologies that Cloudflare considers necessary for challenge and security functions. Disabling scripts or third-party requests to Cloudflare may prevent form submission, chat, or other protected features from working.
For details on Cloudflare’s practices, see:
8. Live Chat
Our site may offer a live chat widget. Messages you send in chat, and any name, email, or other details you provide when requesting human follow-up, are collected so we can respond and improve the experience. Chat interactions may be protected by Cloudflare Turnstile as described above, and technical logs may be retained for security, troubleshooting, and quality purposes.
9. How We Share Information
We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us host, secure, operate, analyze, or improve the site and communicate with you (for example, web hosting, Cloudflare, Google Analytics / AdSense, email delivery, and related tools). These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies and are instructed or contractually expected to use it only for providing their services where applicable.
- Professional advisors (such as lawyers or accountants) when reasonably necessary.
- Authorities or other parties when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or security.
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of assets, if ever applicable.
We do not share your contact details with third parties for their own independent marketing without your consent.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, improving security, and complying with legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and context (for example, quote and project communications may be kept longer than routine analytics logs).
11. Data Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include HTTPS, security-focused hosting practices, and services such as Cloudflare. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information sent to or from our website.
12. Third-Party Links and Content
Our website may link to third-party sites or embed third-party content (for example, social media pages or review links). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing personal information.
13. Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
14. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, which can include the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise applicable rights, contact us using the details in Section 1. We may need to verify your request before responding.
You can also:
- Adjust browser cookie settings
- Use Google Analytics and ad personalization opt-outs described above
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails if we send them (transactional or service messages may still be necessary)
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising technologies on our site may be considered “sharing” under California law; you can limit personalized ads via Google Ad Settings and browser/industry tools noted above, or contact us for assistance.
15. International Visitors
We are based in the United States. If you access our site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where we or our service providers (including Cloudflare and Google) operate. Those countries may have data protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the website after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
